We drive their monthly content creation, built around a dedicated 8-hour shoot day where we handle the creative direction, on-site styling, and post-production. Before we even step onto the floor, we design a meticulous visual moodboard to ensure our direction is cinematic, tactile, and deeply human.

Instead of chasing the rigid perfection of hired models or overly polished setups, we turned the lens on the actual heartbeat of the venue: the team who works there. We capture the kitchen and bar in constant motion, staff catching their breath between shifts, and honest, editorial group moments.
